    Est-il parvenu de la part du Proph\u00e8te -qu\u2019All\u00e2h prie sur lui et le salue- que le croyant ne ment pas, mais il se pourrait qu\u2019il fasse les autres p\u00e9ch\u00e9s\u00a0? Quelle est donc l\u2019orientation que l\u2019on pourrait donner \u00e0 ce hadith\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Quiconque ment puis se repent et craint qu\u2019il soit inscrit aupr\u00e8s d\u2019All\u00e2h qu\u2019il est menteur\u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Que doit-il faire alors\u00a0?<\/span><\/p>\n

    R\u00e9ponse\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Le croyant v\u00e9ridique ne ment pas. Or il se peut qu\u2019il mente par manque ou faiblesse de foi. Il est alors obligatoire \u00e0 tout croyant de faire attention au mensonge. Il se doit de viser la v\u00e9racit\u00e9. Le Proph\u00e8te -qu\u2019All\u00e2h prie sur lui et le salue- a dit\u00a0<\/span>: \u00ab\u00a0Appliquez-vous \u00e0 la v\u00e9racit\u00e9\u00a0! Car la v\u00e9racit\u00e9 guide vers la bienfaisance, et certes la bienfaisance guide vers le Paradis. Et, l\u2019homme, il ne cesse d\u2019\u00eatre v\u00e9race et de viser la v\u00e9racit\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit inscrit aupr\u00e8s d\u2018All\u00e2h qu\u2019il est v\u00e9ridique\u00a0; et, prenez garde au mensonge\u00a0! Car certainement, le mensonge guide vers le d\u00e9vergondage, et le d\u00e9vergondage guide vers l\u2019Enfer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span>[1]<\/a><\/em><\/strong> Aussi, All\u00e2h -Majestueux et Tr\u00e8s-Haut- a dit\u00a0: <\/strong>((\u00d4 vous qui avez cru\u00a0! Craignez All\u00e2h et soyez avec les gens v\u00e9races<\/em>)) <\/strong><\/span>At-Tewba (Le Repentir), v. 119. Et Il dit \u00e9galement -\u00e0 Lui la Puret\u00e9- : <\/strong>((Voil\u00e0 le Jour o\u00f9 la v\u00e9racit\u00e9 profitera aux gens v\u00e9races\u00a0; ils auront des Jardins sous lesquels les ruisseaux coulent<\/em>)) <\/strong><\/span>El M\u00ea\u2019ida (La Table), v. 119.<\/span><\/p>\n

    C\u2019est alors une obligation de viser la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00eatre en garde contre le mensonge o\u00f9 qu\u2019il soit, except\u00e9 dans les situations o\u00f9 ce dernier est autoris\u00e9. Omm Keltho\u00fbm Bint \u2018Ouqba -qu\u2019All\u00e2h l\u2019agr\u00e9e- a dit <\/span>qu\u2019elle n\u2019a jamais \u00e9cout\u00e9 le Proph\u00e8te -qu\u2019All\u00e2h prie sur lui et le salue- permettre de mentir que dans trois cas\u00a0: lors dune guerre, pour r\u00e9concilier les gens et quand l\u2019homme converse[2]<\/a> avec son \u00e9pouse et l\u2019\u00e9pouse converse avec son \u00e9poux.<\/span>[3]<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    Il n\u2019y a pas de mal en cela, dans ces trois cas si on ment en vue d\u2019en r\u00e9aliser le bienfait. Il n\u2019y a aucun mal de mentir dans ces trois situations\u00a0: la r\u00e9conciliation des gens, lors d\u2019une guerre sans trahir (l\u2019ennemi) et lors de la conversation que l\u2019homme tient avec son \u00e9pouse et que l\u2019\u00e9pouse tient avec son \u00e9poux.<\/span>[4]<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n
