Bien au contraire, je consid\u00e8re qu\u2019elles sont parmi les causes des troubles et des maux. Elles sont aussi des causes pour r\u00e9pandre la haine entre les gens et transgresser quelques-uns d\u2019entre eux sans droit. Or, les moyens religieusement l\u00e9gaux sont la correspondance, le conseil et l\u2019appel au bien par les m\u00e9thodes l\u00e9gales (d\u2019un point de vue religieux). Ces moyens sont expliqu\u00e9s par les gens de science. Ils ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 expliqu\u00e9s par les compagnons du Messager -qu\u2019All\u00e2h prie sur lui et le salue-, et par aussi ses suiveurs de la bonne mani\u00e8re. Il s\u2019agit de correspondre et de parler aussi de vive voix avec le gouverneur, de prendre contact avec lui, de le conseiller et de lui \u00e9crire, sans ne jamais le scandaliser du haut des chaires qu\u2019il a commis ceci ou cela.
